cup cozy

Since announcing our move to Austin, all sorts of Texans have come out of the woodwork. I love it! And this cool blogger is known as: golonghorns. Doesn't get more Austin than that. So I checked out her blog and found this cute giveaway. A cup cozy and a tissue holder made from cute Japanese print fabrics. I'm not a coffee drinker but I'm sure my diet coke could use something spiffy. For all the details, click here.
Giveaway ends Wed 9/2/09 at noon.

  2. Dana, Thanks for the linky love and for visiting. When you get your sewing machine unpacked you must go to El Interior on SoCo (South Congress) Avenue... they have oilcoth by the yard and Guatemalan fabric, and hand emboidered mexican...sigh...missing the lovelies! Anyhow here is the site info http://www.elinterior.com/ and you can see what they have by clicking on gallery. South Congress has lovely boutiques, art shops, antiques and the like. Every First Thursday of the month they keep the shops open on SoCo until 10 p.m. Guero's Taco Bar is a fantastic place to eat on South Congress as well. I'd be happy to share more Austin tips to help you get settled in your new adventure! One last tidbit we loved attending Heartsong Music there with the kids a montessori approach music class from Music Together. I highly recommend checking out one of their free classes they hold them at the start of each session. The teachers and Moms there were great! http://www.heartsongmusictogether.com/
